Description
Vignoble : Le vignoble s’étend sur deux coteaux opposés qui, ensemble, créent un bassin facilement reconnaissable.
Vinification : Récolte dans les premiers jours d’octobre. Fermentation en cuves d’acier. Le marc est conservé immergé à environ 40-50 cm, à température contrôlée pendant une période moyenne à longue pouvant aller jusqu’à 30 jours. Au moins 18 mois de vieillissement en tonneaux de chêne.
Robe : Rouge rubis profond et brillant.
Nez : Fruits rouges, baies, confitures, fleurs et camomille.
Bouche : Vigoureux, corsé et structuré, avec des tanins intégrés et une longue finale fruitée..
Accord : Fromages affinés, plats de viande rouge, gibier.
