Description
Vignoble : Situé à Sisini, dans la commune de Senorbì, entre 250 et 300m d’altitude, sur des sols calcaires composés de marne.
Vinification : Macération et fermentation à température contrôlée pendant 10 à 12 jours. Fermentation malolactique en cuve de ciment vitrifié puis élevage en petit fût de chêne pendant 8 à 10 mois. Affinage final en bouteille.
Robe : Rubis intense avec des nuances grenat.
Nez : Charmant qui révèle des notes de petits fruits rouges et de garrigue.
Bouche : Soyeuse, ronde et gourmande, excellent équilibre.
Accord : Accompagne parfaitement les entrées assaisonnées, la viande de porc et l’agneau rôti, ou encore le fromage de moyen ou de long affinage.
