Description
Vignoble : Les vignobles sont situés à une altitude de 120 mètres au dessus du niveau de la mer, avec des expositions sud, sud-ouest. Le sol est riche en minéraux ferreux avec présence de pierres et de fossiles.
Vinification : La fermentation alcoolique a lieu dans des caves à vin ouvertes en acier inoxydable à température contrôlée. L’élevage s’effectue séparément en tonneaux de chêne français neufs pour une durée d’environ 24 mois, dont 6 sur lies fines.
Robe : Rouge rubis intense
Nez : Arôme intense, riche et très élégant de fruits sauvages, de griottes, de chocolat, de tabac et d’épices douces.
Bouche : Énergique, structuré et granuleux, avec une bonne fraîcheur et saveur, avec des tanins bien polis.
Accord : Viandes grillées, rôtis, ragoûts accompagnés de champignons, gibiers rôtis.
