Description
Vinification : Fermentation en acier à température contrôlée. Vieilli pendant 24 mois en grands fûts de chêne..
Robe : Rouge rubis intense aux reflets grenat.
Nez : Arômes intenses et fruités, avec des notes de rose et de framboise.
Bouche : Le goût est délicat, avec des tanins fins et une finale persistante sur des notes de fruits sauvages, de cerise et de réglisse.
Accord : Rôtis et fromages affinés.
