Description
Vignoble : Situé dans les villes de Valdobbiadene et de Conegliano, à 250m d’altitude.
Vinification : Après une première fermentation classique en cuve inox, une seconde fermentation est initiée par l’ajout de sucres de canne et effectuée en cuve close.
Robe : Jaune paille brillant.
Nez : Arôme fin, agréable, persistant, fruité et floral. Avec des notes de poire Williams et de fleurs blanches.
Bouche : Sec, frais et équilibré. La trame est cristalline, raffinée et délicate.
Accord : Le Prosecco est très apprécié en apéritif. Il est aussi utilisé pour préparer les célèbres cocktails Spritz et Bellini. À servir très frais.
