Description
Vinification : Macération pelliculaire au pressoir pendant une nuit et pressurage doux le lendemain. Vieillissement 8 à 9 mois en partie en acier et en partie en tonneau, encore 6 mois en cuves inox ; 4 mois en bouteille.
Robe : Jaune paille, très brillant.
Nez : Les notes fruitées s’intègrent harmonieusement aux notes légèrement grillées typiques du bois.
Bouche : Corsé, doux et décisif. Finale persistante avec une note d’amande légèrement grillée.
Accord : Coquillages, entrées de poisson, plats de viande blanche, plats de poisson.
Contenance : 0,75 L
