Description
Vinification : Fermentation à température contrôlée à 16-17 degrés. Elevage sur lies en cuve acier puis au moins 3 mois en bouteille.
Robe : Jaune paille avec de légers reflets dorés
Nez : Intense et persistant avec des notes parfumées et fruitées, des notes de fruits jaunes mûrs.
Bouche : La bouche est bonne, avec un joli corps d’une bonne douceur, sèche, chaleureuse, savoureuse avec une bonne persistance et un arrière-goût herbacé.
Accord : Entrées à base de poisson, viandes blanches, crudités de poissons.
